Amy Rushall is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Northern Arizona University where she has taught since 1998.  At NAU her focus is on coordinating precalculus mathematics, working to serve first-year university students and providing mathematics professional development to K-12 teachers of northern Arizona in cooperation with partners including the Arizona Department of Education, Arizona Board of Regents and the Coconino County Educational Services Agency.   Amy is an active member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, the Associação de Professores de Matemática (Portugal) and the Arizona Association of Teachers of Mathematics where she served as a member of the Executive Board for 6 years.
